How to get access to the japanese -1 on Super Mario Bros. NES.

Hello. I wanted to access the the minus worlds in Super Mario Bros.1. But when I joined, it simply took me to a underwater level, but in the internet the level was more of a glitched underwater 1-3 level. I simply didn't find any solution. Any thoughts?

This is acttually very interesting. Well I think, you never knew the regional differences SMB has 2 releases. The international release has what you said. An endless loop of water levels. To make that glitch happen, make sure you have the japanese ROM. Hope that helps .
